Happy Thanksgiving

I won’t be battling the early holiday shoppers this year, instead I’ll be enjoying nice quiet family time. Outside of going to my in-laws for dinner and the annual Thanksgiving dinner that brings anywhere from 30 to 60 into my home each year. My dad has a large family!

This year I decided to do more than just mashed potatoes and will mix it up a bit with a Gingerbread Trifle and a yummy cheese ball recipe I found in a magazine.

I will return to my regular blogging on Monday, but until then, no matter where in the world you may be, have a safe and happy weekend and to my friends and family here in the states, Happy Thanksgiving!
