AutoSurf Programs and Google TOS

There has been a bit of discussion on Auto Surf programs and Google Adsense TOS as well as other affiliates who deem auto surf programs to be a violation of TOS.

Rather then searching high and low, I thought I'd bring the question here in hopes that some of you might share the information you've found to be the most reliable on this topic.

Per Google TOS

Prohibited Uses. You shall not, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to: (i) directly or indirectly generate queries, Referral Events, or impressions of or clicks on any Ad, Link, Search Result, or Referral Button through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means, including but not limited to through repeated manual clicks, the use of robots or other automated query tools and/or computer generated search requests.

Also, I'm interested in knowing if you are aware of other affiliate programs that may suspend or terminate for the use of or participation in auto surf programs?
