Adsense Ads - never click your own

I Know the urge is there, you see an ad on your site that arouses your curiosity and you feel the overwhelming urge to click it!  Don't!

Adsense ads are different from affiliate ads.  Adsense ads are considered contextual ads and since they provide a pay-per-click or CPM rate, you should never click your own.  You might get hung out to dry for click fraud.

If you are curious as to what is behind an ad, I encourage people to simply run their mouse over the URL in the ad, look in the lower left corner of their screen to see what the URL behind the ad is.  Then open another browser and visit the link directly.

Clicking your own ads is a no-no!
